For a traditional afternoon kaffeeklatsch!

Black Forest Latte
The Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz (45ml) chocolate syrup, or Creme De Cacao liqueur
- 1.5 oz (45ml) raspberry flavored syrup or Kirsch Liqueur
- 2 oz (60ml) hot, freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee
- Steamed milk
- Whipped cream, garnish.
The Method:
- Pour the chocolate and the raspberry syrup into a 12 oz (340 ml) latte mug or cup.
- Add the espresso
- Fill the rest of the cup with steamed milk
- Stir once around, lifting up the syrups from the bottom of the mug
- Top with whipped cream.
Variation:
Drizzle half a teaspoon of raspberry syrup on top of the whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate curls. Place a cherry on top.
